I honestly don't think that you could find a more helpful, honest, patient, and friendly family run car business. I had spent weeks and weeks scouring 'honest' car dealers and thankfully held out until I found KPM. I wish I had found them sooner! Thank you Kevin, Denise, and Sam, you are the nuts and I love my new van (which was actually 1.5K cheaper than the same van I saw a week prior to my dad telling me about KPM). Result!

I have now purchased four quality used cars from KPM over the past 12 years. These have been two Ford Mondeo and two Ford Focus. The service from KPM has been courteous and polite (with no hard sell at all which is a bonus). I am very happy with my current purchase and the previous models have served me well. I would recommend KPM as a used car specialist, and also as a maintenance garage for all work.

First time buy with KPM

If you are in any doubt to buy a car from KPM don't! They are a fantastic family run business who make customer service and satisfaction their top priority. I called Kevin about my car and he was so helpful and honest right from the start. He made arrangements to suit round my working life and even on collection he stayed longer so he could handover the car to me after I left work. He is a genuine guy there is no pressure or pushy sales techniques and no hidden agendas with vehicle descriptions. They offer fantastic warranty cover and even their after sales service is excellent as they called about 3 weeks after the sale to make sure everything was on and I was happy. The car was all valeted and immaculate on collection. There was no problems when purchasing our paper work. Everything was carefully explained. Great company to buy a car from, to be fair one of the best I have dealt with. Just to reiterate its nice to know there are some honest decent car sales out there that focus on the customer and not just a quick sale. Would thoroughly recommend buying a car and hole you have the same experience as I did. 5 stars no doubt thanks kpm cars

Excellent customer service! Having spotted the car on-line, the Team at KPM were very accommodating allowing me, and then my mother (for whom the car was for) and me, to view the car and take it for a test-drive. The only issue we had with the car itself was that the gas-struts on the tailgate were a little tired; they still worked but were slow in operation. KPM Cars replaced them without fuss FOC, and had the car ready to pick up on time as promised. Both my mother and I were very happy with the customer service we received, and she is very happy with her new car. Thank you KPM Cars.

Recenty purchased a 2.5 year old Ford transit connect , was fully serviced and had covered 8000 miles and was in an excellent condition , came with 12 months MOT, was happy with the service Kevin had given, kevin also gave me a follow up call a few weeks later to check if everything was ok with the Van which it was, i am happy to have done buisness with Kevin and i would recommend his service to anybody looking for a new vehicle .
